The second meeting of Central Executive Committee after the 2nd National Integrated General Convention was held on 20th Chaitra 2065 in Dudhe, Jhapa. The meeting decided to organize a National Workshop on the Issue of Enlistment oriented indigenous peoples embrassing the issues of Kulung community as well with the participation of representatives of the District Committee. The meeting also decided to publish a Ridum Hodum for introducing the tradition and culture of Kulung community to those who are not aware about the Kulung culture and rites as well as to be known by other communities. It was also decided to endorse the submission made by the Chairperson Mr. Chandra Singh Kulung to the Constituent Assembly including the issues of recognition as Kulung indigenous peoples and to be enlisted in the Constitution with an autonomy region of Mahakulung to be declared for the 16 VDCs that fall in three districts - Solukhumbu, Sankhuwasabha and Bhojpur.
