There are three levels of structure under the ANKKLCD organisational structure as Central committee, District Committees and Village/area unit committees. The National Conference is the supreme body of the organization. Representatives from all over the country will take part in the national conference and the conference will elect a Central Executive Committee for four years. Annual plan will be prepared by the annual general convention and implemented by the Central committee. Similarly district committees hold district conference/convention in every 4th year and elect district committee. Annual general convention prepares annual plan at district level and the district committee implements them so do the village/area unit committees. Beside the committees, there will be different departments under the committees as language and culture, women, student, communication, socio-economic development, etc.
